LORDOS CONTRACTA is the trade name of G.D. Lordos & Sons Ltd, the property development branch of the Lordos Organisation.

The Company which was established back in 1936 by Mr. George D. Lordos,  a self-made businessman and pioneer property developer, begun its modern property development business in Famagusta in the mid 1960's and the Famagusta beach was full of residential developments that carried the name "Lordos" such as The Cyprian Court, Les Sirenes, Sunshore, Etoiie Court, Apollo Court, Waterfront and Seagate.

Following the events of 1974 and the occupation of Famagusta, the company came "back at the top after starting all over again" as it has been very well put and since then has been very active and leading the way in the field of property development.

CONTRACTA has successfully developed sites in all parts of the island: On the golden Mediterranean beaches and on the picturesque pine clad hills; in the rapidly developing towns and on more quiet yet accessible country spots.
